　　主要研究興趣：運(yùn)用分子生物學(xué)、小鼠心肌缺血模型及轉(zhuǎn)基因和基因敲除等技術(shù)，系統(tǒng)地研究缺血缺氧誘導(dǎo)的血管新生及心肌細(xì)胞缺血狀態(tài)下誘導(dǎo)的內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的基因表達(dá)及其生物學(xué)意義，以及抑制血管生成對(duì)于腫瘤發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移的分子機(jī)理。此外，研究天然藥有效成分對(duì)血管生成的影響。
