元音和輔音的基本區(qū)別在于在發(fā)前者的時候，從肺部呼出的氣流在咽喉、鼻子或口腔里均不會受到任何形式的阻礙，而在發(fā)后者的時候則要受到不同形式的阻礙。所以在對元音和輔音分類時，不可能采用同樣的標準。改正：Asthereisanessentialdifferencebetweentheconsonantsandthevowels,i.e.thereissomekindofobstructionofairintheproductionoftheformer,butthereisnotintheproductionofthelatter,itisimpossibletousethesamecriteriaintheirclassification.
