真空閥測試

真空減壓閥，其安裝于常壓罐車或者其他壓力容器頂部，用于控制罐內負壓，使其保持相應的壓力范圍內。本產品符合GB/T 18564.1-2019相關規定。

工作原理：當罐內壓力低于罐外壓力時，罐外壓力作用于真空閥閥瓣克服彈黃壓力使之開啟，從而起到向內吸氣的作用，使之保待在一定的壓力范圍內。

真空減壓閥檢測臺主要用于常壓罐車用真空減壓閥負壓的性能檢測。

真空閥檢測臺主要結構

真空減壓閥檢測臺主要由臺體、數顯真空表、測試筒、氣缸、測試蓋、針型閥、轉向閥、雙杯油水分離器、真空泵、儲氣筒等組成。

真空閥檢測臺工作原理

該設備用于真空減壓閥的性能檢測。通過抽真空系統來模擬罐車內部壓力環境。通過抽筒體內的空氣，達到真空減壓閥的開啟負壓、真空減壓閥打開，開始進氣，通過負壓顯示表讀出負壓壓力數值，從而完成真空減壓閥負壓的檢測功能。

真空減壓閥檢測臺操作規程

1：目的

規范真空減壓閥檢測臺使用，兔發生安全事故,并確保其正常使用。

2：范圍

本規程適用真空減壓閥檢測的使用指導。

3：職責

使用者應根據操作規程要求,確保操作過程正確;并負責設備的維護和保養。

4：操作規范內容

4.1：檢測前，目測所有轉向閥的手柄是否處于松開位置，目測所有旋轉氣缸壓緊臂是否處于開啟狀態，進氣閥、排氣閥是否處于關閉狀態，氣管有無破損現象，壓力表是否工作正常

4.2：調整好檢測口密封圈，將真空減壓閥裝入連接板上擰緊密封后放入檢測口，確定無干涉后撥動真空減壓閥轉向閥的手柄使處于壓緊狀態。

4.3：關閉真空減壓閥排氣開關，緩慢打開真空減壓閥負壓進氣開關，按下真空減壓閥真空泵開關。

4.4：根據GB18564.1-2019中6.2.2規定，真空減壓閥應在外壓大于或等于21kPa，且小于罐體設計壓力下開啟，目測真空減壓閥負壓顯示表壓力值是否穩定在相應的區間數值內，在區間范圍內為合格。

4.5：真空減壓閥檢測合格后，彈出真空減壓閥真空泵開關，打開真空減壓閥排氣閥，等負壓壓力表數值為0后，關閉真空減壓閥排氣開關和真空減壓閥負壓進氣開關，取出真空減壓閥。

4.6：測試完成后，清理工作臺上的殘留物，保證設備的干凈整潔。
