一、產品介紹

緊急切斷閥又名海底閥，安裝于罐車儲罐底部，閥門密封置于罐內，閥體上沒有切斷槽，當受強烈碰撞時，閥體將在法蘭處斷裂，使儲罐和車底管路分離，成為獨立密封的罐體，防止液體外漏，大大提高運輸的安全性，符合GB/T932-2012標準的相關要求，是罐車進行底部裝卸的一個管件部件。適用于裝運輕質燃油的罐車，不可裝載具有較強腐蝕性的液體。

1、材質：主體采用輕質鋁合金材料，經低壓鑄造整體成型、質輕堅固、經久耐用。

2、耐腐蝕：表面經硬氧化處理，具有較好的抗氧化性和耐磨性。

3、高流量：合理的結構設計，保證大流量通過。

4、緊急切斷：當受到強力碰撞時，閥體在切斷槽處斷裂，且保持罐體密封，有效防止油品泄漏。

四、維護和保養

1、拆除濾網:當裝運稠狀油品時(例如原油),可將閥上濾網拆除,以免影響流量。

2、氣缸維修：如在接口處發生滲油現象,更換活塞缸內各密封件即可。

3、保養:不定期檢查進氣管是否有損壞,避免因氣管問題無法正常開啟閥門。

4、應急處理：如果在意外情況下無法通過進氣打開閥門，可將底端活塞缸上的應急螺栓擰下，找一相同規格長10cm的六角螺栓擰進螺絲口，然后慢慢將螺絲往里擰，直到閥門打開為止。

（注：不可松動或者拆除其他螺栓，應急螺栓是***的。） 

五、包裝和儲運

1、包裝：該產品每件用塑料袋泡沫包裝，四件為一大箱,紙質包裝箱。

2、儲存及運輸：該產品應存放于干燥的庫房內，運輸及裝卸時，不得甩擲和用力碰撞。

    一、本保證書針對公司正常銷售出的產品。
    二、本公司產品實行質量三包（易損密封件不在保修范圍內），即：包修、包退、包換。 
    三、包修服務包括：保修期內屬于保修范圍的免費維修，超過保修期或在保修期內但不屬于保修范圍的有償維修。 
    四、保修期以客戶方驗收合格之日起，為期12個月。貨物運至客戶方后，客戶方必須在七個工作日內對產品進行驗收，在半個月內未提出異議，供方視全部為合格產品。 
    五、保修范圍：在保修期內，產品由于生產質量、上次維修質量原因引起的故障范圍。
    六、有以下情況之一者，不屬于免費保修范圍：
         1、產品超過保修期；
         2、安裝不當或使用操作不當造成機器損壞(無水運轉、腐蝕、異物侵入等)；
         3、人為破壞；
         4、經非本公司指定的特約維修商拆卸、維修過的產品；
         5、故障由自然災害等不可抗拒因素所致。
    七、本保證書的修改和解釋權屬湖北華特專用設備有限公司有限公司所有。
